The challenge
Coeliac Kitchen was planned as a specialist recipe and lifestyle platform for coeliacs and families with a coeliac person in the household. The brief was to create a site that made meal times feel both safe and enjoyable, with content that could support everyday decisions around cooking, ingredients and family life.
The solution
I built the site as a fast static platform with a structure designed around recipe discovery, readable lifestyle content and clear trust signals for a health-specific audience. The content approach balances practical advice with a warm, family-friendly tone, giving the project a strong editorial foundation from day one. In parallel, the platform is being shaped to work alongside a companion app where recipes can be saved and shared with friends and family.
The result
The project gives Coeliac Kitchen a clear digital home for publishing recipes and advice, while creating the right technical base for future expansion into the app experience. The result is a more focused platform that supports safe, delicious mealtimes for the whole family.
